Location: Portsmouth
Assignment Duration: Immediate start after clearance - long term ongoing contract
Hours: Day shift Monday - Friday

Job Description:
- Experience as a Quality Engineer in the aerospace sector.
- Experience of working to AS9100 Rev. D
- Interpret technical drawings/ process specifications/design specifications.
- Verify and authorise First Article Inspection Reports, AS9102.
- Experience of EASA/CAA/FAA regulations.
- Knowledge of authoring quality plans.
- Knowledge of Certificate of Conformity/ Release to Service requirements.
- Knowledge of concession process within aerospace sector.
- Facilitate internal and external audits of company systems and procedures to ensure compliance and follow up actions through to resolution.
- Knowledge & experience of Root Cause Corrective Action techniques.
- Proficient in Microsoft outlook, excel, word and power point packages.
- Capability to utilise various communication media to articulate complex technical data to a cross section of non-subject matter experts.
- Drive standardisation on processes along with waste elimination and continuous improvement.
- Working on NPI products and supplier quality development, implementing new processes.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
