Government Procurement Frameworks

We are proud to work with Crown Commercial Services (CCS) on three main frameworks:


Available since September 2020, G Cloud 12 helps UK public sector customers to buy cloud-based computer services including hosting, software and support. Call off contracts can be let for up to 4 years. This is a quick and easy route to market, saving money and reducing the total cost of ownership.

This is an evolution of earlier cloud-based frameworks from G Cloud 1-11. Carbon60 Project Services have delivered services via G Cloud since 2013 working predominantly with the MoD.

We can provide services via the Cloud Support lot, setting up and maintaining cloud software or hosting services including

  • Cloud-based Data Services
  • Cloud-based Cyber Security Consultancy

Commonly referred to as DOS 5, this framework is to support digital transformation within the public sector. It can be used to help with the design, build and provision of bespoke digital services.

This is split into lots, of which we can support:

  • Digital Outcomes
  • Digital Specialists

Hosted on the government Digital Marketplace it allows you to tender competitive bids to find the right supplier, to provide agile solutions to complex problems. Inside of this framework, you can invite us to bid for work including:

  • Software Development
  • IT Service Delivery
  • IT Security
  • Operational IT Support

The Tech Services 3 framework has been available since June 2021 and will run until 2025. It can help public sector customers with service design as well as services to provide support with the operational running of an IT estate. This can include services such as management of an IT service desk, network support to asset disposal.

Made up of 8 lots, of which we can support:

  • Lot 2: Transition and Transformation
  • Lot 3: Operational Services
  • a: End User Services,
  • b: Operational Management,
  • c: Technical Management
  • d: Application and Data Management

This offers a fast route to market with great value options to some complex business needs. You can procure our services via this route hosting a competitive tender process or direct award via the digital catalogue.
